Our CureComplete system has reached more than 80% completion.
It features 15 independent curing chambers: 9 dry-process, 4 wet-process and 2 multi-purpose units. Integrated piping delivers steam-to-hot air heating, enabling stable temperature & humidity control. The system supports large-scale, eco-friendly production using solid waste materials.

The system consists of one large insulated curing chamber split into 6 independent zones, optimised for curbstones, coloured paving units and stone-look products. Another milestone for domestic wet-process curing applications.

Rapid moisture evaporation leads to efflorescence and uneven colour. Temperature fluctuations easily trigger cracking and prevent concrete from reaching target strength.
