Custom Curing System Shipped to Philippine Precast Plant

When our custom curing systems head to overseas precast plants, clients focus on far more than production timelines. What they truly value:

Can the full steam curing system match our precast production capacity and curing profiles? Will the intelligent control system deliver stable, precise temperature regulation? Can the solution cut long-term energy consumption for our factory?

Our approach: build a tailor-made curing system aligned with client’s production planning, precast component standards and site conditions.

Customized system configuration We design the full curing package around the client’s production targets. The setup includes NDG low-pressure steam curing host, dedicated temperature control valve groups, high-precision sensors and fully automatic intelligent control cabinets, paired with customized thermal insulation curing tents and steam delivery pipelines.

Technology that redefines conventional curing Compared with traditional steam boilers, our CureSteam low-pressure curing system brings distinct advantages:

✦ Instant steam generation, non-pressure-vessel equipment Qualified steam is generated within seconds and supplied on demand. No pressure vessel operating license is required.

✦ Superior energy efficiency The overall thermal efficiency reaches 98%, much higher than conventional boilers, minimizing heat loss at the source.

✦ Intelligent temperature control Powered by Siemens PLC control system and high-precision temperature modules, the system automatically executes standardized curing curves to guarantee component quality and boost overall line productivity.

Variable steam output to lower operational costs The system adopts variable-frequency on-demand steam supply. Front-end temperature controllers feed real-time steam consumption data back to the NDG host, which dynamically adjusts steam output to avoid heat waste. Proven by numerous global projects, this system delivers 40%–50% lower energy consumption versus traditional boilers. For most working conditions, annual energy savings can cover the procurement cost of 1 to 2 full sets of equipment.

End-to-end support for overseas project delivery This project moves forward smoothly thanks to cross-department collaboration and full recognition from our Philippine client. The main units and auxiliary materials have been packed and will be shipped from Shanghai Port. Installation and commissioning will start after arrival on site.

Curetec continues to provide remote technical guidance, plus on-site support as required, to ensure stable commissioning and operation of the full steam curing system and lift the competitiveness of the client’s precast production line.
