We first partnered with Shandong Luyuan Ecological Technology back in 2024 for their Phase I brick curing project. Our equipment has run reliably and delivered consistent curing outcomes, earning their full trust.

Now they’re scaling up production and placing a repeat order for our CureComplete all-in-one curing system.

The full set of equipment is now under production at our workshop. Multiple workstreams are running in parallel: complete pre-assembly, spare parts inspection, full unit function testing, as well as programming and commissioning for the electric control system.

We closely monitor every production detail and stick to strict factory QC standards. Our priority is on-time delivery to support their new production line launch.

The CureComplete system maintains stable temperature and humidity inside curing chambers, significantly improving the quality of finished green bricks. It works great for a wide range of precast paving products, including stone-effect PC bricks, permeable bricks and slope protection blocks.
