Radiant Panel Curing

Braving Extreme Temperatures: Hot Water Radiant Panel Curing Empowers High-Aesthetic Architectural Precast in Zibo

[Project Background]

Project: Zibo, Shandong (Schmidlin IPCW headquarters)

Equipment: RadCure hot water circulation system (WW 350B heater), 20× auto control valves + precision temp probes, smart touch control

Product: High-end architectural precast concrete

Client: Schmidlin (Shandong)

Overall Description

The system utilizes bottom radiant circulation and closed-loop heat recovery technology to achieve uniform mold heating and individual temperature control. While ensuring zero-defect production and stable year-round operation, it significantly shortens the demolding cycle and markedly reduces energy consumption and emissions.

01 Uniform Heating & Individual Control for Zero-Defect Production

Bottom radiant circulation ensures even heat across the entire panel with no localized temperature differences, preventing uneven setting, corrosion, or cracking. It supports 20 independent valves and probes, giving each mold its own temperature profile.

02 Hidden Piping & Closed-Loop Recovery for Maximum Energy Efficiency

Pipes are hidden under the flip mold, causing no impact on mold flipping, lifting, or line operations. Unused hot water returns for re-heating with full insulation, achieving near-zero energy loss.

03 All-Weather Stability & Unattended Operation for Better Workshop Environment

Operating stably year-round from -23°C to 42°C (Water 60–110°C, Component 35–80°C). Features a multilingual touch screen for centralized control and Wi-Fi remote maintenance, ensuring a clean, dry workshop with no steam condensation or wet floors.

04 Shortened Demolding Cycle for Higher Throughput

Achieves an 8-hour demolding time, cutting 12 hours from the previous cycle for higher throughput.

Results:

Closed-loop recovery + full insulation = significant energy savings. Zero defects, stable strength, 8h demolding. Emissions: particulates <5, SO₂ <35, NOx <50 — meets ultra-low standards.
