NEOM is the largest precast concrete project in the Middle East. The scope includes oversized precast elements for core infrastructure such as The Spine tunnel.
The project required a curing solution that could handle a large site layout, high production volumes, and strict temperature control. Curetec was selected to design and deliver a complete intelligent steam curing system.
System Configuration
- 3 × 5-ton steam boilers
- 5 intelligent temperature control systems
- 40 custom curing tents (up to 53 m long)
- 700 m steam distribution
- 32 independently controlled curing zones
Performance Results
- Temperature control accuracy: ±1.5℃
- Daily curing capacity: over 2,000 m³
- Multi-zone automated operation for continuous production
The system has passed acceptance and is now in production, supporting one of the largest precast operations in the region.
