The project utilizes a containerized NDG low-pressure steam generator parallel system to replace traditional boilers, featuring fully automated smart control and precise independent temperature regulation, which achieves 45% energy savings, all-weather stable production, and rapid deployment, comprehensively enhancing the quality and efficiency of precast piles.

Supports individual heating-soaking-cooling curves for 12 curing pits; smart control prevents thermal shock and ensures uniform component quality.

03 All-weather Stable Supply

Unaffected by extreme winter or summer conditions, the system provides a stable steam supply to guarantee high strength, excellent durability, and superior appearance of precast piles year-round.

04 Modular Rapid Deployment:

Factory-built and highly integrated, the units only require on-site connections for water, electricity, and gas, occupying minimal space and eliminating the need for heavy civil works.
