Warm-Air Kiln (CureCast)
This curing system ensures uniform temperature and zero condensation through even air circulation, effectively extending kiln life. It smartly reuses the concrete’s hydration heat with sealed moisture retention, eliminating the need for extra humidification. Intelligent ramp rate control prevents cracking in wall panels and slabs at the source. The enclosed constant-temperature environment is weather-independent, ensuring stable production year-round.

Fixed-Mold Steam (CureSteam)
Equipped with over 140 independent mold controls, the system links multi-capacity generators on demand to provide dedicated curing profiles for each mold with zero energy waste. Its smart start/stop function automatically cuts off gas and water at the target temperature, saving 50% energy compared to traditional boilers. It ensures a stable supply coverage of 250 to 400 meters across multiple workshops and outdoor storage. Additionally, the system features a Siemens multilingual PLC for real-time visual monitoring, enabling fully automatic and unattended operation.
