Solving the Challenges in Thin - Element Curing

Uniform Bottom Heat via Hot Wate

Efficient, Safe, and Cost - Effective Curing for Thin Precast Elements

Gentle & Uniform Heat Transfer

Water’s high thermal mass ensures stable temperature - bed surface variation ≤2°C, no hot spots

Inherently Safe - No Electricity in Wet Zones

Fully enclosed piping - no electrical components near wet concrete, ideal for humid environments

Energy Reuse, Lower Costs

Direct recirculation of return water to the heating unit.

Why Choose the Hydronic Cure BED?

No more warping — uniform bottom heat eliminates deformation

Thin elements like slabs and wall panels often warp under a large top-to-bottom temperature difference, causing installation problems or scrap. CureBed delivers precise bottom heat through hot-water circulation, keeping hydration synchronized at ΔT ≤ 2 °C — sharply reducing warping and lifting yield.

Safer — no electricity near wet concrete. Smarter

Heating with recovered waste heat — electric beds carry leakage risk in wet environments and draw high energy. CureBed uses a fully enclosed hydronic system, so there are no electrical components near wet concrete — inherently safer. It reuses condensate waste heat from your CureSteam units or boiler return water, adding almost no extra energy cost.

Upgrade curing without rebuilding — plug into your existing steam setup

Many plants already steam-cure, but top-only heating leaves the bottom weak. CureBed needs no production-line modification: connect it to your existing hot-water source (e.g. CureSteam condensate) to enable “bottom heat + top steam” curing from both sides — low investment, fast ROI, the ideal retrofit for existing lines.
