Holcim chooses Curetec again. Three CureTent systems are now on site, and assembly for the first two curing tents is ongoing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The setup accommodates four mould types for producing 4m precast concrete pipes. Standardised intelligent curing guarantees consistent product quality from day one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our CureComplete system has reached more than 80% completion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It features 15 independent curing chambers: 9 dry-process, 4 wet-process and 2 multi-purpose units. Integrated piping delivers steam-to-hot air heating, enabling stable temperature & humidity control. The system supports large-scale, eco-friendly production using solid waste materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Intense heat, strong sunlight and dramatic day-night temperature swings heavily impact precast product yield.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rapid moisture evaporation leads to efflorescence and uneven colour. Temperature fluctuations easily trigger cracking and prevent concrete from reaching target strength.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
