In September, Curetec joined three major exhibitions across Asia:
✅ Concrete Show SEA|Jakarta · 9–12 September

✅ bauma India|New Delhi · 15–18 September

✅ China Concrete Expo|Guangzhou, Canton Fair Complex · 18–20 September

The markets were different, but the questions we heard were remarkably similar.
Precast plants are looking for more stable, measurable and efficient ways to manage concrete curing. Experience still matters, but it can no longer be the only basis for making production decisions.
📍 Jakarta · Concrete Show SEA
In Southeast Asia’s hot and humid climate, visitors focused on keeping curing conditions stable during large changes in temperature and humidity — especially during the rainy season.
They also asked how curing could support higher production capacity without simply adding more manual work.
📍 New Delhi · bauma India
India’s high temperatures raised questions about equipment reliability and performance in demanding conditions.
For major infrastructure projects, another concern was equally important: how can curing data be recorded clearly and completely to support strength requirements and project compliance?
📍 Guangzhou · China Concrete Expo
Chinese precast plants were more focused on environmental upgrades, regulatory compliance and carbon management.
Many are already considering alternatives to traditional boiler rooms. Others want real-time emissions data and a practical way to measure energy consumption in the curing process as carbon reporting becomes increasingly relevant to the precast industry.
These conversations gave us a direct view of the challenges facing production teams today.
The exhibitions are over, but the work continues. We will bring these insights back into our product development and continue refining curing solutions for different climates, production processes and operating conditions.
If your plant is facing curing challenges, or you would like to discuss how a smart curing system could fit your production process, feel free to contact us. We would be glad to continue the conversation.
