Full-load operational testing

Once assembly finishes, we simulate actual on-site operating conditions and run full load tests, followed by parameter calibration.

Our team verifies and records water/gas pressure and flow rates, checks voltage, current and load compatibility item by item. We monitor coordination of control cabinets, temperature variation and overheating risks on key components.

During testing, we measure CO, NOₓ and O₂ levels to ensure the unit meets local emission requirements at destination.

Quality checks start early in production

Quality control isn’t just a last-minute step.

We recheck pipe dimensions and connection tolerances repeatedly. Even with tight deadlines and high workshop temperatures, we never skip dimensional verification. Precise manufacturing greatly reduces fitting errors and extra rework during on-site assembly.

While non-pressure pipelines are not legally required to undergo weld non-destructive testing, we can carry out additional weld inspections upon client request.

Sea-freight packaging & protection

Once all testing passes, we prepare dedicated packaging for long-distance marine transport.

We apply professional protection against dampness, salt spray and physical impact, tailored to overseas shipping conditions. We also supply detailed unpacking guidelines and operation manuals.

We document every packaging and container loading step with photos, to enable full traceability of all equipment components.
